    Eligibility for J-1 program

    J-1 Intern – Internship:

    The candidate must currently be enrolled in a higher education institution (Bachelor’s degree, BTS, etc.) or must have graduated within the past 12 months.

    J-1 Trainee – Career Training USA:

    The candidate must hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, BTS, etc.) obtained more than 12 months ago. If the candidate does not hold a higher education degree, they may also be eligible if they can demonstrate 5 years of professional experience in their field. Professional experience is counted from the age of legal work in the country of origin. Diploma and/or professional experience must be related to the field of the J-1 program you are applying for
